Mojave is a fine-grain natural aquarium sand featuring a warm palette of golden to light brown granules that could pass for real desert sediment under the right lighting. It brings that sun-baked, dry-terrain warmth to planted tanks, riverbed pathways, and foreground accent zones, and the color only gets better with contrast against darker hardscape or bright green plants! Measuring between 0.4mm and 0.9mm, it’s also a safe, comfortable sifting surface for Corydoras, dwarf shrimp, and other bottom dwellers.
