The mandala-patterned tray surface features varying heights and depths that require dogs to navigate the design to access food, naturally slowing consumption. At 0.9″ thick, the eTray is shallower than a standard slow feeder bowl, making it accessible for flat-nosed breeds that may struggle with deeper feeding designs. Measuring 8″ x 8″ and weighing 8.4 oz, the tray provides a stable feeding surface for daily use. Rated heavy duty, the Mandala eTray is appropriate for daily slow feeding use with wet, dry, raw, and soft treat formats. Size, Capacity, and Usage Guidance The Mandala eTray measures 8″ wide x 8″ tall x 0.9″ thick and weighs 8.4 oz. The shallow tray can be loaded with wet food, dry kibble, raw meals, soft treats, or a combination of food types. Foods can be combined or separated within the tray’s mandala design sections. The depth is suitable for raw meal portions – consult your veterinarian before introducing raw feeding. For frozen enrichment use, load the tray with soft food and freeze before serving. Portion sizes should be adjusted based on your dog’s size, age, breed, and dietary requirements. Functional Use – Slow Feeder The SodaPup Mandala Design eTray functions as a shallow slow feeder that bridges the gap between a lick mat and a slow feeder bowl. The varying heights and depths of the mandala-patterned surface require dogs to work through the design to access food, naturally slowing consumption and providing sustained mental engagement. The shallow 0.9″ profile makes it particularly practical for flat-nosed and brachycephalic breeds. The freezer-safe construction supports frozen treat preparation for extended enrichment sessions. Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance This is not a chew toy – supervise your pet during all uses and remove immediately if the tray becomes damaged Place on a flat, stable surface during feeding to prevent tipping Inspect the tray regularly for signs of wear or damage to the surface design and replace if compromised Consult your veterinarian before using for raw meal feeding or introducing new food formats Use food portions appropriate for your dog’s daily dietary allowance to avoid overfeeding Store in a clean, dry location when not in use Cleaning and Maintenance The SodaPup Mandala Design eTray is dishwasher safe on the top rack for thorough cleaning after each use. For hand washing, use warm soapy water and a brush to clean food residue from the tray surface. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry fully before storing or refilling. Clean after every use to prevent food buildup within the mandala surface design. The tray is also freezer and microwave safe for frozen treat preparation.
