Material and Construction
The tray is constructed from food-grade silicone that is BPA-free and PVC-free. The flexible body allows the tray to bend for easy treat removal after baking or freezing without damaging the bone shape. Non-slip handles are integrated into the tray design to support safe handling when moving between the oven, freezer, and countertop. The smooth slot interior supports clean release of finished treats. The silicone material is rated oven-safe to 446F and freezer-safe.
Size, Capacity, and Usage Guidance
The small tray features 15 bone-shaped slots, producing small-portioned treats suitable for dogs of all sizes. The small slot format is particularly well-suited for training treat use or for smaller breeds with lower caloric needs per serving. A large version with 8 large bone-shaped slots is also available separately for medium to large breed portion requirements.
Functional Use – Feeding Accessory
This treat maker is intended for use in homemade dog treat preparation. It supports both oven baking up to 446F and freezer-setting methods. Common ingredients used with silicone treat trays include peanut butter, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana, and yogurt-based recipes. The tray does not replace dedicated chew toys or commercial treats and is intended solely as a preparation tool.
Safety, Usage, and Storage Guidance
Use only with food-safe ingredients appropriate for dogs
Do not exceed 446F when using in the oven
Use non-slip handles when transferring the tray to prevent spills or burns
Allow baked treats to cool fully before serving to your dog
Inspect the tray regularly for tears, cracks, or signs of wear before each use
Store in a clean, dry location away from sharp objects that could puncture the silicone
Cleaning and Maintenance
The tray is dishwasher safe for convenient cleanup after each batch. Hand washing with warm soapy water is also suitable. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue before storing. Avoid sharp utensils inside the slots to preserve the silicone surface and bone-shaped cavity definition.
