Description
Jungle Vallisneria ( Vallisneria americana ) is a hardy and fast-growing freshwater aquarium plant known for its long, ribbon-like green leaves and tall, flowing growth. This beginner-friendly plant is an excellent choice for creating a lush background or natural curtain of vegetation in larger aquariums. Jungle Vallisneria grows readily when planted in the substrate and spreads through runners, allowing it to form dense groups over time. It is adaptable to a wide range of freshwater conditions and generally does not require CO₂ supplementation, making it a great choice for low-tech planted aquariums.
