Frequently Asked Questions
1. How does the 24/7 automated lighting mode work on the Hygger HG999?
The 24/7 automated mode simulates a natural day-to-night sun cycle. Setting your local time allows the light to transition smoothly from a soft warm orange sunrise in the morning, to bright white daylight at midday, down to a deep blue moonlight in the evening before powering down overnight.
2. Does the Hygger HG999 save my settings during a power outage?
Yes! Thanks to the internal IC memory chip, your programmed 24/7 schedule, local time, and custom DIY settings will remain saved in memory when power is restored.
3. Is the light safe if water splashes onto the panel?
Yes. The HG999 carries an IP68 waterproof rating, meaning the internal electronics are sealed under a protective resin layer to withstand high moisture, heavy condensation, and accidental water splashes.
