Material and Construction
This fetch dog toy is constructed from plush fabric, providing a soft, flexible disc that is gentle on a dog’s mouth during catch. The fabric build is light duty — it is not intended for aggressive chewing or power chewers. The flexible structure allows for natural flight characteristics during toss and retrieval play. Durability is rated light duty, consistent with plush fabric toy construction.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The toy has a soft, pliable feel with enough structure to maintain disc shape during flight. It is sized for medium dog breeds, offering a proportionate frisbee for comfortable catches and retrieval. Engagement duration will vary based on individual dog behavior — fetch-driven dogs will interact with this toy for extended outdoor sessions, while dogs with lower retrieval drive may engage intermittently. Supervision is recommended during all play sessions.
Play Style and Functional Use
This is a fetch toy designed for active, outdoor play. The flying disc format supports toss, catch, and retrieval-style interaction. The plush fabric construction allows for moderate flight distance and a soft landing, making it suitable for dogs that prefer a gentler catch experience compared to rigid plastic discs. It is not designed for tug, puzzle, or comfort-style play.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
Moderate supervision is recommended during all fetch and outdoor play sessions
Inspect regularly for signs of wear, fraying fabric, or structural damage
Remove and replace immediately if the toy becomes torn or structurally compromised
Ensure toy size is appropriate for your dog — intended for medium dogs
Not intended for aggressive chewers — replace if chewing behavior damages the disc
Store in a clean, dry location when not in use
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with a damp cloth as needed. Avoid machine washing or high-heat drying methods, as these can damage the plush fabric and disc structure. Allow to air dry fully before returning to use. Inspect fabric integrity after each cleaning.
