Material and Construction
The Fabdog Floppy Peacock Small is constructed with a soft plush exterior and a poly fill interior, giving it a lightweight, squeezable body with a floppy, flexible structure. The five internal squeakers are distributed throughout the toy to produce varied sound feedback during shake and fetch play. This is a light duty plush toy — it is not designed for aggressive chewing or unsupervised extended chew sessions. The compact small format is proportioned for small breeds to grip, carry, and shake comfortably.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The toy has a soft, flexible feel with a floppy body that moves naturally during toss and shake play. At 13.5 inches tall, it is well-suited for small breeds. Play duration will vary based on the individual dog’s energy level and chew strength — short to moderate sessions are typical for plush toys of this construction. Dogs with strong chewing tendencies may reduce the toy’s lifespan significantly, and close supervision is recommended at all times.
Play Style and Functional Use
As a plush toy, the Fabdog Floppy Peacock Small is designed for comfort play, light fetch, and interactive shake sessions. The floppy peacock form and multi-squeaker design make it engaging for small dogs that enjoy carrying, tossing, and shaking their toys. It is not intended as a standalone chew toy. Supervised play is strongly recommended to extend the toy’s life and ensure safe use.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
High supervision is recommended during all play sessions with this plush toy
Inspect the toy regularly for tears, loose seams, or exposed squeakers — replace immediately if damaged
Ensure the toy size is appropriate for your dog to prevent accidental ingestion of small parts
Not recommended for aggressive chewers or unsupervised play
Store in a clean, dry location when not in use
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean the Fabdog Floppy Peacock Small with mild soap and water. Allow to air dry fully before returning to use. Avoid machine washing or high-heat drying methods, as these can damage the plush fabric, poly fill, and internal squeaker components.
