Why Pet Owners Choose This Toy
Dual-layer construction pairs a responsive TPR squeaker ball with a soft cotton fabric shell for varied sensory engagement.
The built-in squeaker activates with light pressure, encouraging fetch and interactive play without requiring aggressive chewing.
Compact 3″ size is proportioned for small breeds, reducing the risk of oversized toy fatigue or jaw strain.
Cotton fabric exterior provides a comfortable grip surface that’s gentle on gums and teeth during carry and retrieval.
Alien-themed design adds visual novelty, helping maintain a dog’s interest across repeated play sessions.
Spot-clean maintenance keeps the durable dog toy hygienic without complex care routines.
Lightweight at 0.18 lbs — easy for small dogs to carry, toss, and retrieve independently.
Material and Construction
The Faball Alien is built around a solid TPR (thermoplastic rubber) squeaker core — a firm, flexible material that provides consistent squeaking response and moderate resistance to light chewing. The exterior is wrapped in a cotton fabric covering that softens the toy’s feel and adds a tactile layer for dogs that prefer fabric textures during carry and retrieval. Construction is moderate duty, appropriate for light to moderate chewers. This is not a heavy-duty chew toy and is not intended for aggressive chewers.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The outer cotton fabric delivers a soft, pliable feel, while the TPR core provides firm resistance underfoot and during compression. At 3″ across all dimensions, this interactive dog toy is sized for small breeds and is not recommended for medium or large dogs. Engagement duration will vary by individual dog — most sessions range from short to moderate depending on the dog’s play drive and interest level. Dogs with high prey drive or strong fetch instincts tend to sustain longer play sessions with squeaker-style toys.
Play Style and Functional Use
The Faball Alien functions primarily as a fetch toy and squeaker ball. Its round profile supports rolling and short-distance bouncing on hard and soft surfaces. The squeaker activates on compression, rewarding retrieval behavior and encouraging repeat fetch cycles. The cotton fabric exterior provides enough grip for dogs to carry and mouth the toy comfortably between throws. This is not a tug toy, puzzle toy, or treat-dispensing toy — it is designed for fetch-based and solo squeaking play.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
Moderate supervision is recommended during play. Inspect the toy regularly for fabric fraying, seam separation, or TPR core exposure — replace the toy if significant wear is observed. Ensure the 3″ size is appropriate for your dog; do not use this toy with medium or large breeds. Store in a clean, dry location when not in use to preserve fabric integrity and squeaker function.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not machine wash or submerge, as this may compromise the fabric covering and internal squeaker mechanism. Allow to air dry fully before returning to play. Avoid high-heat drying methods that can degrade TPR materials.
