Description
Keep your tank looking crisp and clear with Acurel Filter Fiber in the compact 2 oz size. This loose fiber floss sits right on top of your filter carbon and traps the tiny particles that make water look cloudy. The 2 oz amount is a great starter size or a handy top-up, perfect for smaller tanks or trying it out in your setup.Key benefits of the 2 oz Acurel Filter Fiber: Made from 100% polyester loose fiber floss, designed for use with all aquarium filters. Set over your filter carbon, it helps remove an even greater amount of loose particles from suspension. The brand says this loose batting has fewer gaps and creates a tighter fit than formed fiber sheets. Acurel notes it improves fish health by removing more particles than formed fiber sheets, helping your fish stay in cleaner water. The 100% polyester material will not degrade, so it holds together as it filters. Works in all fresh and saltwater aquariums, fitting right into your routine. The 2 oz size is ideal for smaller tanks, quick refreshes, or a first try. Easy to use, you just cover the filter carbon with a generous amount. A small, smart step toward a healthier environment for your aquarium fish. Using it takes no time at all. Cover the filter carbon with a generous amount of Acurel Filter Fiber, and for best results, replace the fiber and filter carbon when excessive aquarium debris accumulates and the fiber appears dry. With the loose batting hugging your carbon, more of the floating debris gets caught in the fiber instead of clouding the view of your fish. This 2 oz size is the easy way to keep a fresh supply ready for a smaller tank or to give the fiber a try in your filter. It is a simple, reliable helper that supports clearer water and a healthier home for the fish you care about.
