Material and Construction
The Fabdog Floppy Llama is constructed with a soft plush exterior and a poly fill interior, providing a lightweight and flexible body that moves naturally during play. The floppy build encourages shake-and-toss interaction, while the multi-squeaker layout — five squeakers distributed throughout the body — creates varied sound feedback. This is a light-duty dog toy best suited for dogs who engage in moderate, supervised play rather than aggressive chewing.
Texture, Size, and Play Duration Guidance
The plush exterior is soft and pliable, making it comfortable for dogs to carry, mouth, and shake. At 12.25 inches in height, this toy is appropriately sized for small to medium breeds. Play duration will vary based on individual dog behavior — dogs with moderate play styles will enjoy extended sessions, while more determined chewers may require closer supervision. This is not recommended as an unsupervised chew toy.
Play Style and Functional Use
Plush Toy: Designed primarily for comfort-driven and interactive play. The floppy body and squeaker feedback make it ideal for fetch, shake, and carry play. Dogs that enjoy mouthing and tossing plush toys will find this format highly engaging. Supervision is recommended, as plush toys are not intended for aggressive chewing or unsupervised use.
Safety, Usage, and Care Guidance
Moderate supervision is recommended during play sessions, particularly for dogs that tend to chew aggressively.
Inspect the toy regularly for signs of wear, torn seams, or squeaker exposure — replace if damaged.
Ensure the toy size is appropriate for your dog; the small size is best suited for small to medium breeds.
Store in a clean, dry location when not in use to maintain material integrity.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Spot clean with mild soap and water as needed. Allow the toy to air dry completely before returning it to your dog. Avoid machine washing or high-heat drying methods, as these can damage the plush fabric and internal squeakers.
