Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a complete meal or a topper?
This is a complete and balanced meal formulated to meet AAFCO nutritional standards for adult cats. It can also be used as a topper over dry food.
Why is salmon oil included instead of whole salmon?
Salmon oil is a concentrated source of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids. It delivers the key nutritional benefits of salmon – skin, coat, and joint support – without adding a second whole protein source to the formula.
What do the organic vegetables contribute?
Organic kale, carrots, yams, and broccoli provide food-derived vitamins A, B-complex, C, and K, along with antioxidants and fiber that support digestion and immune health.
Can I feed this dry without rehydrating?
Yes. Freeze-dried nuggets can be fed dry as a complete meal or treat. Rehydrating with warm water is recommended to increase moisture intake, which supports urinary and kidney health.
