Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a complete meal or a topper?
This is a complete and balanced meal formulated to meet AAFCO nutritional standards for adult cats. It can also be used as a topper over dry food.
Why combine beef and salmon?
Beef provides a rich source of red meat protein and organ nutrition, while salmon contributes omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) that support skin, coat, and joint health – creating a complementary dual-protein formula.
What does taurine do for cats?
Taurine is an essential amino acid that cats cannot synthesize on their own. It supports retinal health, cardiac function, and reproductive health. This formula includes a taurine supplement to ensure adequate levels.
Can I feed this dry without rehydrating?
Yes. Freeze-dried nuggets can be fed dry as a complete meal or treat. Rehydrating with warm water is recommended to increase moisture intake, which supports urinary and kidney health.
